how install design kit in cadence

I need design kit for circuit simulation and layout. found NCSU package but I dont know how to install it. Please Help

I do not know the NSCU package, but if it is a Design Kit. It should contains several files specifying transistors models, DRC rules, etc.

Commonly, you need to copy the files to any specification and setup some environment variables. Try to find any README, *.csh our *.sh file in the package. It could help.
 

just run install.sh from a command prompt. you can also extract the files using untar command.
