Cadence: Data transfer to wavescan failed

Dear all,

My wavescan waveform viewer in Cadence used to work just fine. Recently, whenever the simulation is over, I get a message in icfb: "Data transfer to wavescan failed." If I try to use the calculator I get errors like "Evaluation Error (Cannot read waveform. Shared waveform token id(s) are null".
Has anybody else seen/solved a similar problem?

Hi,

Could you able to plot waveforms? Do you have psf files in your simulation folder?

Hi,

Yes the waveforms are plotted correctly, but the expressions (anything that needs using calculator) fails. So the problem is not from psf.
