Hi

I have all signal pins of a component shorted to the GND plane. Why?
Also nearby GND vias seem to have thermal relief when the rule is set to "direct/full contact".

Hi Buenos,

It seems to be a negative plane i guess. They are not actually shorted.
Go to cross section and change them to positive artwork, then you can view better.

Thanks,
SHABU

As per Shabu those are negative planes,
you can do two thing to analyze properly

1.chnage to positive shapes
2.Import the Gerber in cam and invert the layer..
