i wanna ask about the ability of the Cadence Abstract Generator to route a standard cell design and a memory block automatically and if it cant which tool can do this automatically.

If you use Synopsys Astro to do PR layout,you can run "Library Data Preparation Flow" to create Milkyway database,it extract GDS to FRAM view directly.You can search some scripts on synopsys solvnet to implement this flow automatically.
