Cadence 610 CDB to OA problem

Hi!
I installed ic610,but when I use cdb2oa to translate, there are one *WARNING* and two *ERROR*s. as follows:
********************************************************************************************************************
*WARNING* Cannot find /EDA/ic610/tools.lnx86/dfII/etc/tools/spice3 directory to load environment variables

*Error* eval: undefined function - uiLoadTrigger
ERROR (CDBOA-107): You cannot run the translator in the same directory as the
CDBA cds.lib file. Doing so would add OpenAccess library
definitions to the CDBA cds.lib file, which is not
permitted. Run the translator from a different directory.

Can anyone help me? I appretiate it very much.
