Cad software for auto electrical wiring

Hello
Anybody knows a software witch can draw a schematic for a car electrical system but the schematic must have the lines identical with the color of the wire eg. black+white red+yellow
etc
Something like this

Use Altium Designer or OrCAD, you can change the line color and width!

But you cant do a wire with other color inserted.
Like red+white yellow+red...etc

i want something simple...not a 2Gb program

Viso at MS Office may help, it is just for drawing!

Mentor graphic has a capital-Harness dedicated for harness design and manufacturing.

Hi ghettoman,

The application you are looking is related to the Harness design softwares.

I have used ZUKEN Cr500 Cabling designer for drawing these king of schematics.Advantage of using these software is you can assign electrical properties to ur parts and wires and later on you can simulate the design .

mentor has some tools like logical cable etc

for plain colours most cad software will do it, but when you get a stripe on it then its a lot harder & will need the speciality harness stuff.

Anybody know where a demo of any of these can be found?
perhaps a demo of the Zuken product?
