Cad.... "Corners Analysis" setting problem

Dear all,

I have tried to use corners analysis windows to do the corner simulation. If I do the pss + pnoise simulation, it could not run pnoise after finished the pss. However, it doesn't prompt out any error or warning in the log file. Could anyone tell me why? I have tried to simulate pss+pxf. It is no problem. I am using 5141.
