I wanted to know that CABAC encoder of JPEG2000 and H.264 standard compression algorithm are similar or not.....(for still image)....

I mean by knowing H.264 CABAC architecture can we design JPEG2000 CABAC architecture by some small modification.........

Hi,
As I know there are not the same, CABAC is for H.264 where JPEG2K use another arithmatic coder and bit modular.
