C8051F350 with Internal oscillator 24.5MHz for UART communication

I am using c8051f350 microcontroller with internal oscillator 24.5 Mhz for UART 9600BPS , It is working. But I want to know is it safe and will work always correctlly [ apart from actual baudrat error] when heavy traffic on communication network .
