what kind of conversion do you mean ?


you can use the celoxica tool dk 4 (handle c), or system c tools (agility compiler).

Moreover I doubt there are any free tools capable of doing that too well. You would be better off coding the VHDL yourself

Anyway, C to VHDL conversion is not trivial. There are no tools that will work very well.
