i need to buy power transistors for C band ,up to 8 GHz , with MAX 30 dBm output power
what are the suppliers for this

Fujitsu(Eudyna now?) or Toshiba or Mitsubishi, generaly GaAs FET is your only choice and Japanese vendor is good at this type device.
