[SOLVED] Burnt Resistor value required for AL1713 LCD Monitor

Maybe I am too late with my answer, but I post it anyway.

The value of the burnt resistor R1 in the Powerboard/invertor board =

R1 = 10 ohm / 1/4 watt, but I would suggest to replace it with a resistor :

10 ohm / 1/2 watt since it is in the +5 volt line and the current may be a bit too high for a simple 1/4 watt resistor.

I will attach the service manual of this Acer monitor AL1713 to this message.

success
