according to the equation to calculate the built-in potential energy:
Vbi = Vt ln(Na*Nd/ni²)
If Na=Nd=5*10^15, but at a high temperature ni is 1.1*10^18, we can find out that Vbi is actually negative. Does this make any sense? WHY? And I have question about the following photo, 照片 (1).JPG
Thanks

Hello.

Welcome to edaboard.com

If you keep increasing your forward bias voltage then depletion region become very thin that no electric field will be there any more so no resistance. I am obviously not an expert but I can try to help you because in this semester, I have semiconductor physics course.

Princess
