Build Proteus ISIS Simulation Model

I need some help to build model for ISIS Simulation. How can I do it?
Is there any possibilities to use Spice, PSpice or Orcad simulation Model under Proteus ISIS?

Am no expert on the these programs but don't think any will readily transfer a model to Isis.

Any particular reason it has to be Isis - is it for college ?
