Hi All,

Anyone can help on how to convert BSIM4(Level 54) model file to BSIM1(Level 7) to be used in ORCAD simulation? Any good reference material?

I found good reference material from MOSIS on how to convert BSIM3(Level49) --> BSIM1(Level7). But in BSIM4 there any additional parameters that I am not familiar off and it is not contain in BSIM3 nor BSIM1.

Appreciate your helps.

Thanks
Newbie

Just try the BSIM3 conversion method. BSIM4 parameters which aren't used in Level 7 should produce warnings only. If errors occur, just delete those unused parameters. They don't interact with the used ones.
