Is there a good circuit for subject controller available (not as a kit but as as a DIY project)?

Yes I alredy considered it but Preprogrammed Mega8 and PCB comes from author. I was looking for scratch DIY.

Finally a true DIY BLDC controller ..Brushless & Sensorless.. I am working on PCB..will post the PCB, Schematic and code+hex soon. Any comments are wellcome.

Ok here is the complete project for Cyclone Mini,

1- E/a/g/l/e/4/1/1 files(freeware)
2- PDFs-Schematic, PCB, Parts Placement, Parts List
3 -Postscript for PCBs
4 -Hex

If any body make it before me ( I am vvv slow ) pls tell me.

The Topic says "Model electric aircraft' from about 20 ~ 400 Watts Maximum.

Look in the stepper and D.C. Motor drivers sections.
Lots of full-bridge and half-bridge examples.
