Brother HL-6050D - Tray 1 error - how to find sensor?

Hello, a friend has a Brother HL-6050N Laser printer and it prints OK when using the MP tray.
But the tray 1 will not work, it displays "tray 1 not found".

has anyone got a service manual for this please?

Where can he find the tray sensor?

I have he same problem with my brother, i can't print from tray1 (error: tray 1 not found). Where can i find the sensor for tray 1 or how to fix this problem ??
 

I never got around to finding it - its still sat in the same place
