Even better (low-noise broadband) microstrip-based VCO article you can find in Microwave Journal, Vol. 42, no. 6, 1999.

I want to design 5.8GHz oscillator using microstrip techniques.
my transistor is NEC3210S01 & substrate is rogers5870

how it is given??
how to place resonator in feedback path??
