Hello
I want to design a bridge for X.25 to TCP/IP (Bank ATM is one application), I search google for it and find data of X.25 over TCP/IP and one Germany company that make it.

I need more circuit detail for design it.
this website is good for start.

https://www.farsite.com/X.25/X.25_info/X.25.htm#WhatIsAnX25Network

thanks for your help.

I can not find good data for this converter.
I want to design a converter like this : **broken link removed**
or like this : **broken link removed**
is it a single chip bridge for this changer?

if you look at hardware of the PXSe - Ethernet to Synchronous Adapter
**broken link removed**

you will see it is a high specification system with ARM7, FPGA, Sipex multi-protocol line drivers, etc etc

I think any system with similar functionality would be complex - I doubt if you will get a single chip bridge.
Does the Freescale's QUICC Engine Technology look as though it would help?

I am looking for a suitable microcontroller in QUICC do you find anything?
thanks for your replay

a start could be the MPC830x Processor Evaluation Kit
MPC830xKIT Product Summary Page

however, it appears to cost approx $750

perhaps look at Freescale forum and see if anyone has experience of similar applications to yours
