hi guys and gals,

i would like to ask what is the bread board frequnecy limit? i am trying to build a transceiver protoype which has a 2MHz center frequnecy and 700 Mhz bandwidth. is it bread board capable? or do i have to make do with PCB already?

thanks in advance,

- al :)

is that 700mhz center freq with 2Meg bw???
i had faced issues with just 1MHz. but i think u can tweak it upto 10MHz by using wire pairs instead of a single wire to connect. more than 10Mhz ofcourse stray capacitance matters and also the connection in bread board is through small metal cans that sit inside... which has good inductance...
