hi there,
is there any standard for electronic components like resistors that explain how much force is need to break resistor pin? like this :

Some resistors are high quality and are strong. Cheapo resistors made "over there" are poor quality and fall apart if you look at them.
It looks like you got a cheap one.
 

There are an IEC 60115-1 clause 4.16 "robustness of terminations" and respective IEC 60068-2 test methods. You should review it if you're seriously interested.
