Hi,
Iam presently working on segmentation of Brain MRI. Although there are hundreds of algorithms available in literature, can anyone give me an insight as to which algorithm shall i take up to segment normal white matter tissue and white matter lesions? I want my algorithm to give better reproducibility and accuracy compared to other segmentation methods.
