Hi,
I need to BPSK and BFSK modulators are existing as IC , If so means what is the part number of BPSK and BFSK modulator Ic, Becuse i m planing to deisgn BPSK and BFSK demodulation ,plz any one tell me.

Do urequire just a modulator or modulator + RF transceiver? Chipcon + TI has a lot of modulators and modulator + transceivers
