what is a bootloader ??
please give brief idea.

Bootloader is a program which is stored in some portion of your Flash memory and is used to program your microcontroller without extra hardware ( excluding serial or usb interface). If a bootloader supports Debugging (which is usually the case) it is called NOICE(NO In Circuit Emulator).
