Can some give me the explanation of this formula, because I don't understand what is the meaning of D'/2? Thanks!\]
 

More likely D is duty cycle of PWM control signal.

D' = 1-D, but I don't know what is the meaning of D' in the whole loop? like in Buck Converter, we don't have D or D', so what is the difference? Thanks
 

If D is a duty cycle, then see a picture.
