hi,
i have designed a closed loop boost converter circuit using zero voltage switching.(m-type) i have already done from the hardware >

specifications:
input voltage = 30v
output voltage = 75v

frequency = 20khz
duty cycle = 60%

so my question in the result , i don't know with this result that the zvs has been achieved or not?

i need to know that as soon as possible

Do you have a schematic ?

No ZVS here ... need some triming i think... for zvs, your drain voltage have to be as low as possible. Resonance frequency of your LC must shape your drain voltage in a semi sinus waveform. just like here :

do u have a suggestions for achieving the zvs

Read this doc : **broken link removed**

I think you will find what you need...

I think, you forgot to had a diode over your mosfet...
