I can recommend the book "ALGORITHMS FOR VLSI PHYSICAL DESIGN AUTOMATION" by Naveed A. Sherwani.

it also a good book

cmos ic layout is a good book
 

u can use
CMOS Digital integrated circuit by kang TMH publishers
 

ya you can use cmos digital logic design by sung mo kang

and also can refer to cmos integrated circuit analysis ( title may be different) by neil h. weste
