anybody suggest me the best book for h,T parameters and small signal ac analysis of BJT

My first encounter with h, y, z, t parameters was in a network analysis course and we used a book by John Choma called Network Analsysis. It might now be out ouf print I am not sure.

I would also take a look at section 4 of the Circuits and Filters Handbook.
