Book for Electronic Devices

I want to learn about BJT, FET, MOSFET, CMOS, OP-amp and other such kind of analog devices . I am a beginner in electronic circuits. Which is the best book for beginners?

There are a lot of sites on internet with very good tutorials on almost all the subjects. Google for the devices you want one by one to start learning.

For electronic devices, i recommend to you the book: "Electronic Devices and Circuit Theory"
