I want to learn about BJT, FET, MOSFET, CMOS, OP-amp and other such kind of analog devices . I am a beginner in electronic circuits. Which is the best book for beginners?
 

There are a lot of sites on internet with very good tutorials on almost all the subjects. Google for the devices you want one by one to start learning.

bro you may opt EDC by "boylestad" and you may also give a look to Sedra n Smith..
both are gud but boylestad leads at some points...
