Hi everyone, I'm quite new to the dsp scene and I'm wondering if anyone can help me out with finding a good development board/chip that has in-built FFT and ADC. my budget is $600 max but I could fork out a bit more if I needed to.

I aim to analyse the frequency resolution and maximum harmonic of audio signals. i.e .wav files outputted from the pc sound card, into an adc and then 128 point FFT the converted signal at 20kHz.

What should I buy? Give me your recommendations.

If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated indeed.
