BMP to SCH conversion in eagle

BMP to SCH in eagle

I have converted bmp file to eagle sch file but file is not good as in all ICs are not recognized as ICs its just another picture file in eagle window i cant even generate board out of it. is there any way so that i cn gt a proper schematics file which cn b usd to generate board from?
please help
 

Yes, redraw it in Eagle.

Stop thinking that you can import bitmaps and have electrical properties, they are pictures.

You want a circuit then redraw it.
