bluetooth cable replacement

I am doing a project employing bluetooth module - master and slave modules=.
Is there anyone could help me how to configure this two modules to act like a simple switch (on and off) which is to be controlled by the master and the slave module would trigger 2 LEDs in the opposite end.
But in this case I won't be using a pc. The modules are set with RS232 at full duplex.
I would highly appreciate if anyone could assist me on this project.

Post the part number of your module. If you're lucky, you may be able to use RS232 handshake lines as digital I/O. If you're not so lucky, you will need a microcontroller connected to the slave bluetooth.

The module/s PX0885 Buccaneer bluetooth cable replacement (Master and Slave)-auto pairing.

I actually use a Bluetooth dongle with antenna BLUEMORE200 from Eikon www.eikonsite.it
You can setup 1 as master and the second as slave

After that you have one Output signal (PIO0 as I remember) that will be ON when the connection is estabilished
