i want to use 2 MCUs any (avr, pic or 8051). between them, i want to communicate via USB blue tooth dongle. how can i do it. please help me.

None of these CPUs are able to communicate with an USB dongle because they don't expose an USB host interface. Even with µCs that have it (e.g. PIC24xxGB) it's a large software overhead. Refer to bluetooth modules with UART interface.
