bjt models for cadence simulation

i need a bjt tsmc 0.35um model. i have level-49 MOS model from MOSIS, but there is no bjt in this tech.

Can you tell me, where to find it ?

normally we get the GDS of bjt's from foundry it self.

if ur well enough documents of techfile contact your support group so that they communicate with foundry.
