bipolar junction transistors

What don't you understand about BJT?
You need to be more specific, your question is like asking "I don't speak Spanish, please help me".

If you want to learn about BTJ (Bipolar Junction Transistor), FET (Field Effect Transistor) etc. I would reccomend you to read this book:
Microelectronic Circuits
5th edition
Authors: Adel S. Sedra and Kenneth C. Smith
Publisher: Oxford University Press

You're very lucky as you can download Chapter 5 [Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJTs)] of Microelectronic Circuits (5th Edition) here:

transistor really works

Well,sedra/smith helps helps you to clear all your doubts.......I have a document titled "how transistor really works" which explains all the naivities of its operation.....if you are interested i can mail you? :)

I think there are a lot of ebooks and sites about BJT. Try and search about microelectronics. You can start learning by reading the properties of semiconductor.

If you dont know well diodes possibility is transistor is harder to comprehend.

We did not ask person above how good is he with diodes?
You can also read about diodes in the book I reccomended.

hi
you are true its not a sweet pie for everyone so you had to hardwork
first get an elementary book like
electronic principles by Robert bolystead
and go through the fundamentals
it would be very easy

best of luck

I think you should read on some semiconductor device textbooks.

Hi,

Microelectronic Circuits 5th edition
Authors: Adel S. Sedra and Kenneth C. Smith

Is a fandoo book try to concentrate on this one only for the begining.
Just a book wont help you also need a good instuctor.
