Hi Guys!
I am in big trouble with the design of a Distributed Amplifier using bipolar transistors (I know.. with Mesfet is much easier). Do someone of you have experience (maybe a .prj for ADS ;-) ) or some good reference?
Thank you

Leron

Major problem area

I suspect that the major problem will be the real part of the input impedance of the BJT being low in value. I suggest that making the input artificial transmission line impedance much lower than the BJT input impedance will make the problem better. That is making the C larger and the L smaller.
