u better tell what brand ur motherboard to get the right bios otherwise flashing wrong version would produce a completely dead board

it seems your motherboard is made by Vtech or PCPartner

Maybe you can try to change the date of your bios with a bios editor.

Please i need help how to determine that the bios flash process can be done
on 5 volt or 12 volt which jumber i should set up to do this process
