I wonder if it`s possible to have BGA IC`s mounted on a board for REASONABLE cost.
( in case of a few pcs )
I head some prices of $170 for one chip...but guess it`s not that much work.
Any suggestions ?

I was investigate the socket options for
Fine Pitch BGA (1mm) and find an adapter
that turn BGA to PGA. It is call Rollerball

from w*w.andonelect.com and it cost about
$500 for a 1156 pins BGA mounted

That is right, I think it's the only replacement!

By the way, do any of you know how a BGA chip is soldered generally? What kind of machine is used in the industry?
