Can anyone please tell me which one is the best reference book for the logic synthesis and DFT?

Hi,
Below 2 books are best for beginers as per as my knowledge.

Advanced ASIC Chip Synthesis Using Synopsys by Himanshu Bhatnagar
VHDL Coding and Logic Synthesis with Synopsys by Weng Fook Lee


Himanshu bhatanagar book covers scan as well as PT techniques. check this book in this board at below location.


These are exclusively for synopsys tools.. Sorry, i have no idea about general logic synthesis books.

book can just tell u some priciples, if you want to do projects with tools, refer to the manual of your tools , it is the best book
 

dft for digital core and embedded core . you can search in edaboard . the slides of the book is here.
