hello i would like to implement a planar phased array.
the biggest problem in phased array is the radiation leakage from the feeding network.
Is there some phased array configuration for passive feeding network with is considered to be the best regarding purity of output radiation pattern?

Thanks.

If is about a patch array, the type of network that gives least radiation leakage and lowest influence on radiation pattern is the coaxial feed (routed on the back plane of the array).
Is not necessary to use coaxial cables, CPW without ground and even microstrip will work fine.
