there exists so many line formats or digital encoding to illustarate one and zeroes that comes from PCM,DMDPCM,ADM like polarNRZ-L,polar NRZ-I,manchester,differential manchester,HDB3,BZ8S and so on...how to find that which one is best...is there any rule to be used to fix best one.....
