Hello
i need a A/D ic with these specification

sampling:100S per scond
output:parallel 8bit
Resulation:8 or 10bit

Thanks

Lots to choose from, from the venerable ADC0801...

Do you need single ended or differential input... what power supply, input voltage range, internal/external reference... What's you application?

Hello FoxyRick
i want to sampling the human sound that according nyquist it should be more than 2 period of input frequency.so i choose 8 for sampling(4khz*8=32khz),i amplified my sound voltage to 1-8 volt and i want to digital it and give it to a micro to porcess.what you decide to me to do and choosing ic?

So you need a lot more than 100 samples per second.

Still, there are lots to choose from, and plenty of MCU's with built-in ADC's that would be fast enough.

How about the ADC0820 from Maxim: 8-bit flash ADC, tristate 8-bit databus with the usual control signals, up to 400ksps, 5V power and unipolar 5V input, you can use the 5V for the reference as well to keep thins simple, and it's inexpensive. Just amplify/divide your signal to 5V full scale.
