Hi,
To improve the yield, we need to do the full corner simulations to find the best case and worst cases. But if I want to do a quick verifcations on my circuit, what corner in normally you would use in simulation?

Is it BCS------ff/1.1VDD/-40'C & WCS------ss/0.9VDD/125'C?

Here, the ss,ff means MOS case, 1.1VDD/0.9VDD mean max VDD and Min VDD, -40'C/125'C means MAX and MIN temperature.

Thanks for the comments.

I am very wary of the ss case and do not want to continue unless the simulation passes the ss corner...

it is greatly dependent on your circuits and your wanted purposes. but most of cases, it happens as your mentioned.
