I am looking for a book to learn basic and advanced level analog VLSI.

Its price should be around 500 to 600 rupees (India)

Please recommend some books besides Razavi, Allen Holberg, Grey Meyer, Baker, etc.

First to know how the transistor works: Enz, Vittoz "Charge-based MOS Transistor Modeling. The EKV model for low-power and RF IC design".

About circuits topologies all classic books are not bad and very similar. In fact the "best" book doesn't exist. The best mine of knowledge are good journals like SSC, CAS, TED from IEEE, AICSP from springer or MJ, MR, ME and SSE from elsevier.

Hi,

Try to find lecture notes of Boris Murmann. Also, there are some nice video lectures(EE240) from Berkeley on youtube.
