Hi I have two question
1.How can I use bc107 bjt model in Hspice? Can I use SPICE models in HSPICE?
like this model
Code:
.model bc107 npn (bf=150 rb=100 va=200 ccs=2pf cje=3pf cjc=2pf tf=0.3ns tr=6ns)
2.and I know HSPICE has many parameters for BJT. If I used a model like what I just describe what would happen to the parameters I do not define? is there any default value for them?

1.+2. both yes. You'll find the BJT model details in HSPICE manuals. There's an optional level parameter that defaults to level 1 (basic BJT model).

A BC107 was made 45 years ago!
Then I worked for Philips and I still have a few of them in the old fashioned metal case.
Spice was not invented then but the spec's for a modern BC547 are the same.
