i am supposed to design a baud rate generator for USART...could anyone help me that ???
i wish to have a clock polarity at the output and with no prescale value .....and error should be around 1% ....
kindly suggest your expertise ....
presently i have designed only a clock divider ...

well i am making an independent ip for USART and thus have to support all the standard baud rate....
