battery calculation

How can i calculate mathematically how much time my inverter battery will run provided that i know the readings of voltage and current sensor attached to battery.
i want something like estimated time left for battery calculation.

battery run time calculate

About the only reliable way to estimate the remaining run time of the battery is to:
- Discharge the battery.
- Measure and integrate the current into the battery, when charging.
- Apply the coulometric charging efficiency factor. For example, for NiMH batteries it's around 66%, which means that 150Ah needs to go into the battery to get 100Ah back.
- Measure and integrate the current out of the battery.

time calculation of battery

If the load is constant, you can use the battery manufacturer's discharge curves and calibrate for the current.
