Hi to all,
Is there a Trough Hole version of BAT54 diode?

Hi,

easiest thing is to visit the webpage of a distributer like DigiKey and use the filter function (Diodes - Rectifiers - Single) to find an appropriate trough-hole diode.

Hi,

BAT85?
higher current and voltage: BAT48.

And I agree with stenzer.

Comparing the data reveals that BAT54 and BAT85 are incorporating the same chip.

Sure, that's what I did. But if I write here it is to ask for advice from those who already have experience and can advise me without fail.

you think very positive about us.

Honestly, if I have two sources: the information from a forum member (me in this case) and the information from a datasheet, then I´d rely on the datasheet.
