basic patch for 3.1ghz

Can anyone give me the ie3d file for a patch antenna of freq 3.1GHz and er=2.33
i need it urgently
i will be very thankful to those who give

look at directory of examples in IE3D you can find there what you need.

I dont have IE3D.

But i think you might need to define the substrate height also.
