c for dspic

I would like to know which language in the A/M subject is better for programming the dsPIC series and which one takes a small area from the dsPIC memory.

If I build a program by C language for TI DSP, Can I use this program with dsPIC with some changes or not?

And I want to know which language is close in construction to the assembly language?
